WhoCanBeThere was started when a Minnesota snowplow driver explained how difficult it was for his supervisor to send calls and texts to dozens of people the night before snow was forecasted. We knew that WhoCanBeThere could not only call, email or text people but also collect the responses and work until the supervisor had filled the positions. We realized this would be very useful for many other scenarios with schools, churches & synagogues, sports leagues, non-profits, businesses, etc. We looked at existing "volunteer sign up" and volunteer management solutions and found most be complicated and/or dated and they all lacked the ability to do proactive outreach. WhoCanBeThere was created to fill this large gap in the market.
Our mission is to make it simple to be a coordinator, which means making it also very easy for your volunteers or employees.
